Please join us as we kick off our first meeting of the new year on January 17th, for a dynamic presentation focused on Legalized Marijuana, Workers' Compensation and The Workplace. John Kutner, Partner at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, will discuss developments in states’ medical and recreational marijuana laws, and the interplay between state and federal law. He will focus on marijuana use within the workplace and employers’ options in addressing that issue. Finally, John will highlight the intersection of marijuana and opiate use in the workers’ compensation context.
