Michael W. Elliott is a senior director of Knowledge Resources for The Institutes. He is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on educational content for The Institutes’ various products and services as well as increasing the industry’s awareness of The Institutes’ content through presentations and published articles. Before joining The Institutes, Elliott worked for Marsh & McLennan Companies.

David is an internationally recognized expert in the RMIS and claims management arena, having served in senior consultative roles for Marsh Risk Consulting, IBM Global Services, Deloitte, and Albert Risk Management. He has over thirty years of experience as a risk management consultant. He now heads up Bickmore’s RMIS practice focusing on both public and private entities and is the author of RMIS Review, a “Consumer’s Report” styled e-publication comparing major system vendors.
