June 14th Chapter Meeting: "Ahead of the Curve -- Keeping Pace with the Insurance Marketplace

We are excited to have assembled a presentation of speakers on topics that reflect the changes in our cutting-edge insurance industry. Please come join us (both members/ nonmembers) for this exciting after work event at the Union League, as we bring a new approach to our Chapter meetings with multiple quick-hitting presentations on issues ahead of the curve.

In addition, capitalize on the opportunity to network with other CPCUs and industry leaders before and after the presentations.

• Saint Joseph's University Haub School of Business Student Panel to discuss the basic tenants of blockchain (distributed ledger technology) with a focus on applications/solutions to past problems our insurance industry faces.
• Marty Frappolli of The Institutes helps prepare us for Data Protection's Day of Reckoning by exploring the General Data Protection Regulation law (GDPR).
• Kevin McGovern of Conner Strong & Buckelew provides an analysis of Protz v. Workers' Compensation Appeal Board case and its implications on WC law.
