PHILLY CPCU CELEBRATES WITH OUR 2019 NEW DESIGNEES ON SEPT. 12TH

The Philadelphia CPCU Society Chapter will honor our Class of 2019 New Designees on Thursday, September 12th, at Independence Beer Garden. Independence Beer Garden is an all-American beer garden overlooking the Liberty Bell and Independence National Historic Park. IBG's decor' features reclaimed timber, distressed metals and tivoli lights, and games, which create intimate moments throughout the sprawling space. Come enjoy a menu of American favorites paired with 40 taps of regional and domestic craft beers offered. This will be the first time formally introducing and congratulating our New Designees as well as welcoming them to our chapter. We will be serving an array of light appetizers which will include: pulled pork sliders, chicken fingers & fries, pretzel bites and cheesesteaks -- along with two hours of open bar (beer/wine/fountain sodas).

To support local children living in poverty in the Philadelphia area (and support Cradles to Crayons' Ready for School initiative), for your entrance "ticket" we ask EACH PERSON to please bring a child's school backpack filled with school supplies. Please visit the following web link for a list of School Supplies. Our 2019 New Designees are our guests of honor and New Designees may bring (up to 1 guest) to celebrate the occasion at no charge. Our Chapter Members are also invited as guests to come congratulate our New Designees and Non-members/Unpaid chapter members are also welcome to attend (for a $20 admittance fee + their charitable donation).
